    Are you increasing the boost on your 2070+ A90 Supra, Z4 or 3 series via Stage 1, 2 or even a big turbo Stage 3 upgrade? You'll want to take a look at the CSF Heat Exchanger upgrade to keep charge temps consistently cool. 

    Heat is the enemy of power and when boost levels are increased more heat is introduced into the boost system. The stock heat exchanger and charge cooler combination works well at stock boost levels but once boost is increased it can struggle to keep temperatures under control, the more boost you run and the harder you drive, the bigger the problem is. As a bandaid the factory ECU will reduce boost, ignition and increase fuelling to protect the engine which also reduces output, making your car feel lethargic. 

    The CSF Heat Exchanger Upgrade solves this problem by upgrading the factory Heat Exchanger. This upgrade improves the cooling of the water which goes into the charge cooler inside the manifold, as a result, charge temps are kept consistently cooler for longer when compared to the stock heat exchanger by around 5-15C depending on the stage of tune and use case e.g. street, track or drag use.

    B-Tube technology Unlike a regular oval shape O type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in a shape of a B. These B-tubes are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminium material (giving better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal O shape tubes that are welded. The design of the inlet in the middle of tube that is seam brazed, increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes. You get the efficiency of 2 smaller tubes vs. 1 large tube within the same space criteria.

    High Efficiency Multi Louvered Fin CSF uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.

    The products from CSF also feature advanced end tank designs they offer two all-aluminium end-tank designs to match any style and performance need:

    OE Radial Tanks Flat and rounded end-tanks that are welded together and finished with our 1 hour Show-Stopper mirror polish process. For the customer who likes the sleek and smooth look, and wants to display the intricate welding associated with this design (CSF 7000 series).

    Deep Drawn Tanks The only high performance manufacture to feature this advanced radiator technology. These end-tanks are stamped to the same geometry of the applications original plastic end-tank. These tanks feature less welding, and are generally considered the strongest tank designs in the industry. Also finished with their Show-Stopper mirror polish.
