    Need something a little extra for your custom build? Purpose developed and utilised in the motorsport environment, the R-1 Competition Radiator is our ultimate engine water radiator. 

    Utilised in professional motorsport events such as Formula Drift and Time Attack for builds requiring the cooling for 750WHP. Ideally combined with one of our Universal, Heavy Duty Oil Coolers for complete cooling performance.

    • Triple-pass design allows the coolant to flow across the core of the radiator 3 times before exiting the radiator for the lowest outlet temperature possible.

    CSF Cooling have over 50 years experience of designing and producing high quality, high performance cooling solutions for road and track. CSF manufactures the most advanced and efficient radiator cores in the industry by using innovative tube and fin technologies with industry leading testing methods to maximize airflow and heat dissipation. These techniques allow CSF to stay ahead of the pack when it comes to radiator technology:

    B-Tube technology Unlike a regular oval shape O type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in a shape of a B. These B-tubes are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminium material (giving better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal O shape tubes that are welded. The design of the inlet in the middle of tube that is seam brazed, increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes. You get the efficiency of 2 smaller tubes vs. 1 large tube within the same space criteria.

    High Efficiency Multi Louvered Fin CSF uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.

    The products from CSF also feature advanced end tank designs they offer two all-aluminum end-tank designs to match any style and performance need:

    OE Radial Tanks Flat and rounded end-tanks that are welded together and finished with our 1 hour Show-Stopper mirror polish process. For the customer who likes the sleek and smooth look, and wants to display the intricate welding associated with this design (CSF 7000 series).

    Deep Drawn Tanks The only high performance manufacture to feature this advanced radiator technology. These end-tanks are stamped to the same geometry of the applications original plastic end-tank. These tanks feature less welding, and are generally considered the strongest tank designs in the industry. Also finished with their Show-Stopper mirror polish.
