Zircotec Performance Exhaust Coating

MacG Racing are providers of Zircotec performance exhaust coatings. For high performance applications we provide either the Performance White coating system, or Performance Colours coating system. Based on the Zircotec core ThermoHold® formulation, both Performance White™ and Performance Colours™ is only available from Zircotec, and is applied via their world class plasma-spray robotic systems. 

A robust fit and forget coating

It is in effect “welded” to the substrate using our proprietary metal bond system; eliminating the need for exhaust wrap, protecting components against corrosion, and continuing to perform and look good

Significantly lower exhaust temperatures

The Performance range gives a surface temperature reduction of up to 33%, resulting in lower engine bay temperatures and therefore improved reliability of components in the engine bay

Highly efficient yet lightweight

Only 0.3mm (0.012″) thick with minimal weight gain

Reduced heat soak

Reduced heat soak through footwells and bulkheads to improve driver comfort

As exhaust systems differ significantly in terms of bore, length and number of tubes, all pricing is dependant on the size and number of the exhaust system components.
